Pre-Positioned For Christ

Ref.: Colossians 3 & 4

Father God,

Christ is my life. And I am so thankful that I share in His glory. I have put evil out of my life. And also put out of my life: anger, bad temper, doing or saying things to hurt others, or using evil words when I talk. I am being made new and becoming more like You, the One who made me. And this brings me true Knowledge. I am so grateful that You love me. So I pray that I would always do these things: show mercy to others, be kind, humble, gentle, and patient. I want to get along with others and forgive. I want to do all these things , but most important, I want to love others. The peace that Christ gives controls my thinking, because I have been called to have peace, and to always be thankful. Christ's teachings would live in me richly. And everything I do will be done in Truth. And in all I do, I give thanks to You, Father. In all the work I do, I work the best I can. Working as if I am doing it for Truth, not people. Father, I am thankful that You give uncommon grace, to uncommon people. Whatever I do, I will do it for Christ. I know that I have been given to my husband to minister to him, not for what I can get out of it. And my relationship with him is an example of my relationship with You. I allow You, Father, free reign in my life. I am open and available. Let Your word create in me a clean heart. I am open to Your Word. I will continue praying, keep alert, always thanking You. I pray that I would be wise in the way I act with people, making the most of every opportunity. I pray that whoever I am in Christ, I will use for Christ.
AMEN
