Ref.: Colossians 2:20 - 3:1
Father God,
I am so happy, because my life with Christ is like a dance. He dances with me when I praise Him. I am grateful that because I am in partnership with Him I can withstand anything that comes against me. With Him as my partner I can win anything. Since I am connected with Christ I have been made free. I pray that I would not act as if I still belong to this world, because earthly things are gone as soon as they are used. I do not want to follow man-made commands and teachings. They seem wise, but they are only part of a man-made religion. They make people pretend not to be proud, but they are really controlled by selfish desires. But since I have been joined with Christ, I want to aim at what is in heaven. Father, thank You for giving me the opportunity to connect with Christ and be joined with Him. I want to live my life in Reality. And to know that I cannot be destroyed by anything. As a servant of Your children I am indestructible, and live my life in Reality. And know that I cannot be defeated. Thank You that my old self has died, and my new life is kept with Christ, in You and You in me. Christ is my life, and I share in His glory. And I know, and am in awe of the fact that, the same power that He used to bring about His creation, is the same power that gets me through my helpless days. I reach out for the Master's hand and His love flows into my heart.
