IN THE BLESSING

We have all gone through stages in our life when have felt like we are stuck in a rut, the wheels are turning but nothing is happening. This got me thinking, how often do we get stuck in a " bless me " stage? This can be a stage when we are constantly looking to BE blessed, whether by God or by other people. If we think about it, whenever we are looking outside of ourselves for an answer, or for financial help, or even for the Truth, we are looking for some sort of blessing. But, here's the thing, we are already blessed with everything we need. We are blessed before we even see the fruit of our blessings, because it's not about being blessed, it's not about anything outside of us. Its about awakening to the fact that we are the blessing, awakening to the Knowledge of who we Truly are.  It's about being IN the blessing. And once we awaken to that Knowledge, then we can truly prosper.

We are created in the image of God and because of that everything we have is blessed. We do not know how blessed we really are! Let go of teachings of gloom and doom and meditate on the Love, Wisdom and Power that is within each of us. By meditating on these teachings day and night, we become "strong like a tree planted by a river. The tree produces fruit in season, and its leaves never die". (Psalm 1) Every thing we do will succeed. We open ourselves up to who we are and what we can achieve by living our life, in the blessing.
When we awaken to the Truth of who we really are we can go through some hard stuff and still be in the blessing. We are blessed Spirits, which is the Power of God in us. When that Power is awakened inside us, its affects don't just touch us, it overflows to everything and everyone around us, who also become part of the blessing. Let's recognize that Power in us and live in the blessing instead of looking for a blessing.

When we become the blessing, we are then set fee, because we have been given more than things; more than stuff, we have been given the right to live in the blessing. Let's get beyond the stuff and know that whatever we are doing and wherever we go, we bring the blessing with us. It doesn't matter what our life looks like to other people, when we know the Truth of who we are we can walk with our head held high, because we know that we carry with us "the blessing".  We carry with us the Truth that is far beyond anything we can think or imagine.
