Father God,
My life may be as dry as a desert, but this dry land will become happy. I will be glad and produce. I will show my happiness and shout with joy. My life will be beautiful and everyone will see Truth, Glory and Splendor in it. Truth makes my weak hands strong and my weak knees steady. And when I am frightened, Truth says to me, "Be strong. Don't be afraid." Water will flow in my desert and streams will flow in my dry land. When I am thirsty I come to Truth and drink. Because I believe in Truth, rivers of living water flow from my heart. No matter how dry my life may seem, the Spirit inside me is the living water that satisfies and sustains me. It has laid hold of my life, my love, and my movement. I may be lead into something that looks bleak, but I know the Spirit inside me will water it. I pray, Father, that Truth would shake up my life, that I would find my true calling and happiness. Lead me to the oasis in the desert, where I can use my God-given gifts to make it grow into a beautiful paradise. Help me to keep my focus on Truth. Help me to remember that You are in control. I have been made for a purpose. I am available. Help me to see things from Truths point of view. Knowing that even when a situation doesn't look right from the outside, You give water in the desert and once I jump in with both feet I will see You at work. I know that You lead me step, by step, by step, through my journey in this life. Some of them steps look scary before I take them, but Your hand is in front of me, helping me get to the next level. Thank You, Father.
